The United States was founded on principles of justice, liberty and the rule of law. At the time these principles were enshrined in our Declaration of Independence and Constitution, the only individuals in this country allowed to exercise the full rights of citizenship were approximately 20% of the population: white men with property. No one else was allowed to exercise many or all of the rights of citizenship. As an attorney, I am honored to play a role in this endeavor.

People often come to a lawyer filled with stress, anxiety and fear. Other clients have routine matters. In every case, we meet clients where they are, as unique individual individuals. We seek to provide legal counsel in a manner conducive for the client’s highest and noblest of purposes all the while advancing or defending the client’s stated interests.  In most cases we educate our clients on the rule of law, the policies behind the rule of law and the procedures necessary to effectuate the rule of law and policies to advocate for the clients’ desired ends.
